We aim to provide secure environment from the moment you create an art work, to the time when it may final point of breakage.

We think that is the future of the ceramic workshop for you.
An unexpected accidents may occur to your art work, even if you carefully handle it.
Our workshop will collect those broken pieces and send them to Yamaka Ceramics, as part of the GL21 project , the ceramic pieces will be recycled into raw material
It is the guarantee we provide for members.

Requirements for Submission

Collectable items	Glaze fired pottery items
Non-collectable items	Bisque fired pottery Non-kitchen use items, such as flower pots Sculptures and Ornaments "Donabe" cook pots Bone China Glass ware ( includes Corel )

Commercially perchased pieces are also acceptable. If you are not sure about firing temparature or materials as they are made of, please consult our staff.
Pieces with cracks or even broken pieces are acceptable.
If foreign materials are attached, please remove these prior to submission.
Wash off any dirty spots and marks where possible.

Note regarding the submission

There is no handling charges for submissions.
Please notify our staff when you bring pieces to place them in the designated area. No submissions are allowed without the authorisation from our staff. If unauthorised pieces are found, they will be returned to the person responsible.
Submitted pieces will be treated as disposed items, so they will not be returned.
We will not gurantee against any damage that occurrs after submission.

Exclusive benefits for club members

Ceramics Exchange Service

Internal club member's exchange program for unwanted tablewares. Please notify staff if you wish to exchange pooled items with your unwanted tablewares. ( This service is available for the participants only. ）

Members Exchange Program

Staff will arrange introductions to other club members if you find that art pieces you like are the creation of another member. Utilize this service to get to know each other. （ Please note that we can not gurantee that all introductions will be possible, due to privacy considerations. ）
